A malfunction in Motel 6

Officials rushed to the motel after reports were made of a woman threatening to jump from the balcony. The staff stated that the woman also attacked a maid in the chaos. So officers rushed to her motel room and knocked on the door. After receiving no answer, they tried to unlock the door with the owner’s key. But then the woman suddenly burst out of the door with her German shepherd in her arms.

At first, the officers assumed she was just carrying the dog somewhere, but then they threw the dog over the balcony without warning. The officer’s picture could not believe his eyes. He quickly arrested the woman, but she tried her best to resist. Fortunately, with the help of other officers, they were able to carry her to the police car.

Fortunately, Miracle the dog landed on her feet, but she ran away in a panic. A group of Witnesses worked together to get her back to safety. Jose Carnot spotted the dog running past his food truck with a leash behind him. He knew something was wrong, so he rushed after Miracle and saved her.

“I didn’t see anyone nearby and I said, ‘Let me get the dog first [she] goes on the highway. ‘If I hadn’t been here with Pikaro, we would never have brought the dog to safety,’ said Carnot. “That’s not a way of treating pets. If you want a pet you have to treat [them] Law.”

Wonder the dog is recovering

The woman, whose name is Allison Murphy, is being held in Volusia County Jail. She is currently charged with animal cruelty and resistance to arrest. She initially refused to see a judge, but the judge has since asked her for a mental evaluation.

Officials took Miracle to the Atlantic Animal Hospital for emergency care. Overall, she seemed healthy after the fall, apart from being scared. However, x-rays later showed that she had pushed a sewing needle into her thigh, which was then removed by surgery.

Miracle is currently at Volusia County Animals Services, where she is recovering from the procedure. Court sessions will be held over the next few weeks to discuss Miracle’s custody. Hopefully she will soon find a new home where she will be appreciated. No dog deserves to go through what it’s been through. So it really is a miracle that she is safe.
